Dear Community Member,

We want to introduce ourselves and let you know we are excited to learn more about you.

This idea of mine has been something I have wanted to do for a long time and I am excited to finally start it.

We have created a process to help you get to know us and for us to get to know you.

We have a diverse team in multiple businesses that all focus on real estate investing and starting, scaling, and selling businesses.

Our names are Zach & Sumary Oehlman and we are husband and wife.

We have spent the last 3 years traveling the world while we grew our businesses. 

We have been together for over 7 years and have been married for over 3 years.

And today we are living our dream life.

But it always wasn’t like that.

I grew up in a small farming community in Northwest Indiana. 

I wanted to be a farmer the rest of my life until I graduated high school and then realized the huge amount of money it would take to become a farmer.

So I changed my focus to: 

1). Traveling the World 

2). Helping People 

3). Making Money

I asked people how to do this and of course everyone said said go to college.

So I did.

And I actually graduated at the top of my class from Indiana University in 2008 with a double degree in finance / business.

And if you remember 2008 that is all I need to say.

If you don’t remember 2008 that was during the financial crisis where everyone was getting laid off and people were losing everything.

Two and a half years later and over 3,500 resumes I finally landed a job at the Chicago Board of Trade as a Commodities broker

I spent a full year there and made $0 dollars but I gained so much knowledge on sales and the art of a conversation.

After that I went on to become a very high end Financial Consultant working for one of the best companies in the world.

I became a published author in the field and was making the six figure compensation package with the retirement plan, insurance, paid vacation, 401K, and more.

I had it all and I left it because I wasn’t fulfilled by it.

I got started in real estate investing and then have transitioned into investing in businesses as well.

Sumary has spent her entire life in the training and development world. 

She is famous in Puerto Rico and around the world for her work. 

This includes traveling with world famous artists and musicians to being the Art Director at the Ricky Martin Organization.

Today Sumary is the COO of the businesses we own together.

We actually met while on vacation in Puerto Rico and have a wonderful story.
